Mark Agresti, M.D., P.A. is a Diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, serving patients throughout the United States and most countries from his practice located in Palm Beach, Florida. He helps patients with a variety of mental health conditions including but not limited to major depressive disorder, anxiety, postpartum depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and insomnia. He is an experienced outpatient detox doctor with unique treatments that ensure patient comfort throughout the process. He is a Suboxone doctor using MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) using buprenorphine (Sublocade, Suboxone, Subutex) and naltrexone (Vivitrol).

We use all of this data we to create an individualized, targeted treatment plan specifically for your needs. We start with the least invasive treatments first.
What do you treat?
Dr. Agresti treats adults and older adolescents with all psychiatric issues ranging from depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, feelings of inadequacy, mood disturbances, substance abuse, sleeping difficulties, attention problems, relationship issues and work stress.
What can I expect in my first session?
Before our first session, please download and fill out the New Patient Packet. The first treatment session will last about 60 minutes. I will focus on gathering a thorough history, understanding your reason for seeking treatment, and answering any questions. Upon completion of the evaluation, I will present my thoughts and treatment recommendations. On some occasions ,this may include a referral to another treatment setting. Medication prescriptions are not always written during the first session. Please call me if you get lost or are running late.
